I thoroughly enjoyed its cooperative and courteous employees.
everything there was perfect. an iron and ironing board, multi-channel television, and a dining area were available in my single room. kitchen was a nice surprise. location: the hotel was close to lahore. went to the lord high admiral for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were excellent co-operating. The location was best possible and strategic - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station...

Tidy, family-friendly hotel with best possible and strategic location in the contact area. Nicely furnished room, a shower, dryers and bath sheets in the room. The staff were excellent co-operating and helped us with free parking. Location close to Lahore.

The location of the hotel was really convenient for exploring the city. the breakfast provided was quite decent and helped fill us up for a day of sightseeing. the room was clean and tidy, which was a plus.

The family hotel in Jorhat town was neat and clean, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel offered a very cheap price, making it the best option in Lahore. The staff tried their best to make my stay easy and were helpful.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the fact that the room service was prompt and efficient. the location was great with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. I loved the complimentary toiletries provided in the room, which saved me from having to pack my own.
My experience at this hotel was not entirely positive. The heating in my room was not working, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The hotel has a good location within the town and is accessible. The rooms are comfortable and the room service is available on time. The hot water supply is also constant and satisfactory. However, the breakfast and security need improvement.
The hotel management has failed to provide basic facilities like air conditioning, and the staff can be rude and unprofessional at times.
